Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom inflatables. You are able to approve the design mock-up before the inflatable is produced. We also provide you with pictures and a video of the finished inflatable for approval before it is shipped. All sales on custom inflatables are non-refundable and non-exchangeable because we are not able to re-sell custom inflatables.

New, unused inflatables that are not custom may be returned for a refund within 30 days of arrival. All returns are subject to a 10% to 20% restocking fee. Buyer must pay shipping fees for the return. You must contact us prior to returning the inflatable so we can create the proper shipping label for which warehouse it needs to be returned to.
