Shipping policy

Custom inflatables are made to order which allows us to keep our prices low. Because our inflatables are only made as they are ordered, it may take 4 to 12 weeks for production + shipping depending on the type of inflatable you order. Our offices are located in California, but our inflatables are made and shipped directly from our different supplier warehouses, which are located in California and China.

We do not ship international orders.

In most cases, delivery time of 4 to 12 weeks is based on origin, destination and drop-off time as well as what type and how many inflatables you order.
